Credits and payments
Credits are consumed per generation as shown before you start. Failed generations are refunded in credits. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Content
You retain your rights in prompts you submit. Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use the generated outputs, including commercially on paid plans.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in advance.
