Signing up is free and gives you starter credits, and signed-in users get free daily credits. Each try-on costs 8 credits.

Which photo should I use?

A recent, sharp photo where your face and current hair are clearly visible, in even light. Front-facing or slightly turned works best.

Can I try a new hair color too?

Yes. Describe it along with the cut, for example 'chin-length bob, dyed copper', or say 'same haircut, honey blonde' to change only the color.

The AI is told to change only the hair. Small details like earrings can shift a little; if the face looks different, run it again from your original photo.

Is there a watermark?

Results made with free credits have a small watermark in the bottom-right corner. Results made with purchased credits don't.

It's the easiest way to decide between a bob and a lob, check whether bangs suit you, or bring your stylist a picture of you with the cut you want.

How to get a realistic result

Use a photo with your hair visible. Hats, hoods and heavy shadows make it harder to place the new hair.
Say the length, texture and color. "Shoulder-length wavy hair in warm brown" works better than "something nice".
Try two or three versions. Small changes in length or bangs can make a big difference.

Limitations

The result is an AI preview, not a promise of what a salon will do: real results depend on your hair type and how it's styled. Very dramatic changes, such as long curls from a buzz cut, look less natural than smaller ones.
